ANGLIA REGION
Region Standard Information - Anglia region has a badge which comes as a silk and as a patch. The trefoil of world guiding, the cross of St George for England. The ship for Anglia representing the boats which brought early settlers. Motto band - be prepared. Symbols for anglia - yellow background for the cornfields and agriculture, wavy blue band for the waterways. Reeds and bullrushes for nature, book for learning, roman glass vessel for history and horseshoes - one for industry and the other for racing.
Anglia Guides - Round patch, the ship for Anglia, on gray with blue border.

Be Prepared diagonal in blue on gold. rest is green with a horizontal blue river running the length of remaining space. Top: red castle, power station in grey and black, golden sheaves of corn. Leicestershire White lion on red diamond Leicestershire Standard - The Standard incorporates the Guide World Badge, a Running Fox (the Emblem of Leicestershire) Simon de Montfort's Lion (The County Badge) the Cinquefoil (representing the City Divisions) the Guide Motto "Be Prepared" and an Orb. It is interesting to note that had the County Standard been made in any other year the Symbol of Royal Association, the Orb, could not have been included in the design.

Staffordshire White knot on black Newcastle under Lyme Division - 2 guide badges and 2 staffordshire knots. Castle, Motto - be prepared. Fly is divided by a white line to represent river Lyme. Fly shows a pit head, Open book, sheaf of wheat, the guild hall, St Gile's shurch. 
Standard - Silver/grey border to commerate the division's 25th anniversary (1999) and the millennium.
